NBHA Undergoing Computer Migration

The New Bedford Housing Authority is currently undergoing a computer migration to update our applicant, tenant and landlord software. This is being done to improve the services we provide to you.

In order for this migration to occur, this requires a temporary shutdown of our software. As a result, our online applicant and tenant automated phone system as well as our landlord portal is currently offline. This should only last approximately one week.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we under go this process to ensure NBHA will continue to provide you with the best service possible.
