LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING

On Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. the New Bedford Housing Authority will hold a virtual hearing regarding the proposed Federal CIP and Annual plan. These proposed plans describe the mission of the Housing Authority, the Authority’s long-range capital improvement projects, its goals, objectives, programs & services & its strategy for handling operational & resident concerns for fiscal year effective January 1, 2027.

Copies of the plan will be available for review on July 17, 2026, at the City Clerk’s Office, NBHA Administrative Office at 128 Union Street 4th floor & the property offices located at Bay Village, Brickenwood, Westlawn, Dottin Place & Presidential Heights. Participation, suggestions & comments are welcomed.
